Clement’s deep expertise and commitment to digital transformation continue to position him as a trusted leader in the financial services industry.

 2. Kenneth Nchimbi, Head of Business Development and Partnerships

Kenneth Nchimbi is an accomplished IT, media, and communications professional with extensive experience leading and managing projects focused on societal development, economic growth, and technological advancement. His background includes expertise in IT systems management, knowledge management, and strategic partnerships. He has a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, including initiatives related to health, agriculture, and small business development, often in collaboration with international organizations such as Global Affairs Canada and Grand Challenges Canada.  Kenneth has also demonstrated strong leadership in fostering sustainable business ecosystems and driving positive change within communities.  He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Scientific Computing from the University of Dar es Salaam and has completed Master’s coursework in Geographical Information Systems. He is fluent in English and Swahili, with basic French proficiency.

3. Irene Mtoi, Chief Operations Officer

4. Adrew Kayagila, Compliance and Risk Management Officer

Andrew Kayagila, the Compliance and Risk Management Officer at RYTHM, is a financial specialist with over 11 years of experience in ensuring regulatory compliance, mitigating risks, and strengthening governance structures across national and international organizations. With a deep understanding of compliance frameworks, Andrew has successfully led risk management initiatives, implemented robust external and internal audit mechanisms, and developed policies that enhance transparency and accountability.
