We provide training and coaching services to our clients in order to ensure that the loans offered are utilized effectively to grow their businesses and/or finance the intended needs. The training is always financed by RYTHM Microfinance Limited as a follow-up service for our clients. It focuses on entrepreneurship and business management, marketing, financial literacy and business planning.

Training is usually done for a group of borrowers after loans are granted. Based on the identified needs and the available resources, RYTHM mentors its clients through counseling, networking, and advisory services. Our end goal for lending is always not just for individuals and businesses to survive, but to thrive until they reach financial freedom.
